Rates are valid for 12 months from effective date of policy.
Premiums are paid on a monthly basis. Payment may be made by personal or cashier’s check, money order, credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) via phone, or Auto Pay through checking account deduction or credit card. Autopay payments are processed on the 5th of each month for checking accounts and on the 7th of each month for credit cards.
*Rates are based on the age of each family member on the date the policy becomes effective. Premiums are adjusted annually. Rates shown are valid through December 31, 2024.
