To get deductible credit from prior plan, email most recent Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from prior carrier (EOB show deductible accumulations).  Email to:  NGBSSelfFunded@NGIC.com.  Include group name and group account number.  State you are requesting a deductible credit.  Credit is only given to employees transferring from prior group plan to new group plan, it is not extended to members added after original effective date (industry standard).
